Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
Active plans allow you to register an unlimited number of users. A user is considered active when he or she logs on to your portal in the course of a month. You are billed according to the number of monthly users and plan details. No monthly user limit.
With annual pricing, you pay your basic annual fee for the coming year all at once, and benefit from a discount compared with monthly pricing. Additional monthly fees for users who exceed the selected plan will be billed monthly.
You’ll have the option of canceling or selecting and confirming your subscription! Once you’ve chosen to activate your plan, our team will contact you to finalize the details and get you on your way to success!
Yes, you need a credit card to activate your plan. For the free trial, you can cancel at any time or select the plan you need at the end of the trial.
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your account, your portal will remain active until the end of your billing period.
