Yes. A minimum number of proctored exam sessions are billed. However, you are not required to use them all up if you don’t need to.
Yes. You can purchase licenses for different levels of proctoring. It depends on your needs. If you have more than one level, you will be able to select which level of proctoring to apply for each proctored exam.
