You can also add prerequisites to content items (ex: an exam must be completed before the certificate is unlocked) and to a training activity (ex: Training activity ABC must be completed before enrolling to training activity XYZ.)

Yes, uxpertise LMS allows you to create synchronous and hybrid training activities by adding an in-class or virtual event. For virtual events, you will be able to use the webinar tool of your choosing, such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and more.

All you need to do is add the URL link when you create your virtual event on uxpertise LMS.

A confirmation email is sent to the learner upon registration which includes a .ics file to enable them to add the event to their personal calendar. Additionally, an event calendar is available in the learner space on the platform and an automated email reminder is sent.

You can also manage learner attendance automatically or manually based on the type of event and your settings.

Trainers can keep their schedule updated in the platform to help administrators easily plan events.

uxpertise LMS can be configured to fit your needs (public or private, transactional or non-transactional).

If your platform is public, users will be able to access your training directly by creating an account on your platform.

If you choose the private option, you will have to invite users yourself so that they can access your platform.

Absolutely! uxpertise LMS offers advanced group and sub-group management. You will be able to assign a supervisor for each group. The supervisor is able to manage users within his/her group(s) by inviting them to join the platform, and enrolling them into certain training activities using the licenses he/she acquired. Additionally, the supervisor is able to track progression for users within his/her group(s).
This allows administrators to delegate certain tasks and optimize management of the platform. Furthermore, you can filter reports by group for better analysis.

uxpertise LMS offers various roles within the platform such as administrator, trainer, supervisor, publisher, learner, and more. Each role has access to various menus based on the presets of the platform. For example, a trainer will only see the survey results for learners who attended his/her training. The exam session scores are very effective due to our double verification process. Our solution combines technology and human review to ensure the best results. Once the exam is submitted, a human proctor reviews all the recordings within 72 hours of completion to flag any suspicious behaviors. The proctor then assigns a status based on the identity verification and session recordings.

The exam proctoring service integrated in our uxpertise LMS and uxpertise XP solutions does not require any downloads. All you need is a stable internet connection. Some advance features are only available when using Chrome or Edge as the browser.

Our solutions uxpertise LMS and uxpertise XP are available in English and French.

Each exam session is reviewed by an experienced proctor. You may not choose which proctor reviews the exam session’s recordings. Administrators will be able to access proctoring results and override results as needed in the proctoring report of uxpertise LMS or uxpertise XP.

Yes! Both our solutions offer the questionnaire creation tool. This tool let’s you create exams and choose settings such as: exam banner, exam instructions, passing grade, time allowed, tentatives allowed, number of questions to use at random, etc. The types of questions are multiple choice, unique choice, open-ended questions, and document upload questions. You will benefit from automation and detailed reporting.

The user data for uxpertise LMS and uxpertise XP is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in the Canada East locations. Data is geo-replicated and backups are done.

User data linked to the exam proctoring service is stored on AWS in Canada. Backups are done locally and stored on AWS.

The exam proctoring service is offered in 4 levels. Regardless of the level selected, admins can activate or deactivate certain proctoring features. For example, level 1 proctoring only verifies the test taker’s identity. Whereas level 4will make sure the test taker remains in camera view and that he/she does not use any external resources. If you select level 4, you could deactivate certain proctoring features based on your rules.

The exam proctoring service is already integrated with our learning management system, uxpertise LMS, and our online assessment platform, uxpertise XP. It cannot be integrated nor used with systems other than uxpertise solutions.
