What Does This New Module Offer?
Automatic Training Validation
- When creating your training activity, automatically verify that it is accredited by the RBQ by validating its code and duration.
- Ensure your training is compliant and valid without extra effort.
Participant Validation
- At registration, participants provide their first name, last name, and personal RBQ number, which are automatically validated with the RBQ.
- Participants without a valid RBQ number can still register and add their number later.
Automatic Creation of Training
Declarations & QR code
- As soon as a participant completes their training, an automatic declaration is created, and a unique QR code is generated by the RBQ.
- This QR code is directly integrated into the participant’s certificate.
- If the personal RBQ number was provided, the completed training is automatically synchronized with the participant’s profile at the RBQ.
- No more manual transmission of this information!
Management Of Attendance
& RBQ Number
- Administrators and instructors have direct access to RBQ numbers via the attendance report.
- Add, modify, or validate this information directly within uxpertise LMS.
Modifications & Cancelations
- The training declaration can be modified or canceled at any time.
