The course catalog is visible to all users of the platform. It can be displayed before login or hidden as needed. The catalog is organized in categories and sub-categories as needed.
It is possible to customize the catalog for different users by making the courses or categories visible to specific groups as opposed to public.

Yes, it is possible to include barriers in the structure of a catalog element in order to prevent the learner from accessing other content if he has not, for example, completed the previous one or waited a certain number of days before he can access it.
You can also add prerequisites to content items (ex: an exam must be completed before the certificate is unlocked) and to a training activity (ex: Training activity ABC must be completed before enrolling to training activity XYZ.)
Yes, uxpertise LMS allows you to integrate webinars events to a training activity where the learner will be directed to the webinar platform of your choice such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and more.
All you need is to insert the URL link when you create your online event on uxpertise LMS.

Yes! Our API can connect with your systems in order to accomplish many things such as single sign-on (SSO), account creation, course enrollment, and much more!
Absolutely! uxpertise LMS offers advanced management of groups and sub-groups as well as assignment of a supervisor for a group. The supervisor will be able to manage users within his group(s) by inviting them to join the platform, and enrolling them into certain training activities using the licenses he/she acquired.
This allows administrators to delegate certain tasks and optimize management of the platform.
uxpertise LMS offers various different roles on the platform such as administrator, trainer, supervisor, editor, learner, and more. An API is available for uxpertise LMS. It enables you to create users, create groups, enroll users, obtain course completion status, and more. The API can also share the catalog information to enable you to display the catalog on a different website.

The exam session scores are very effective due to our double verification process. the combination of our software blocking all unauthorized resources and typical shortcut functions, the use of algorithms and a human proctor reviews of every exam session within 72 hours of completion, to flag any suspicious behaviours and assigns an integrity score based on the identity verification and session recordings which are escalated to the administrators of the institution.

The uxpertise XP software can be downloaded on Mac, Windows, and Linux. The only system requirements are a laptop or desktop computer, a working built-in or external webcam and microphone, and an internet speed of at least 1 Mbps download and upload.
The uxpertise XP app and dashboard are available in English and French.
Each exam session is reviewed by an experienced proctor. You may not choose which proctor; however, administrators also have access to review the exam sessions.
The dashboard can be accessed by the professional proctors who review the exam. It can also be accessed by the administrators so that they can review the recordings, and set the conditions for the exams. Additionally, the administrators can add users referred to as “professors” who can be assigned to exams in order to review them as well.
The uxpertise XP dashboard has a built-in tool to create exams and set exam conditions. Alternatively, the uxpertise XP solution is integrated to our LMS platform, uxpertise LMS, where you can create exams from there as well. Supported question types for the built-in tool are multiple choice, select all the correct answers, and open-ended questions.
Absolutely! You will need the questionnaire’s URL link to add it to the proctored session’s settings. You will be able to invite test takers by email.
All data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in Quebec with a redundancy center in Toronto. User data is kept on file for 1 week unless there is an issue with the session and recordings need to be reviewed for a longer period.
The parameters of the exam allow the administrator to determine what is and is not allowed during an exam session. For example, an administrator could decide to allow or not to take breaks or to have a book.
The uxpertise XP solution can be used by itself, however, if you would like to use it with other systems, this is most certainly possible. uxpertise XP is already integrated with our learning management system, uxpertise LMS. There is a possibility to integrate with Moodle and other systems upon request which will require an analysis and integration fee.
